Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Jo Jackson (“Practitioner”), a member of Homeopathy International (HINT) based in the [United Kingdom]. The Practitioner offers both in-person and online sessions via platforms such as Zoom. By booking or using any services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
1.1 The Practitioner provides sessions incorporating homeopathic consultations and remedies, energy healing and sound bathing, both in-person and online, to support your well-being.  Vega testing sessions can only be provided in person.

1.2 One to one sessions are a blend of all modalities as the practitioner is guided.  She may just use one modality or may blend whichever ones she feels the session calls for.
1.3 Sessions are available for clients residing in the [UK] and internationally, subject to local regulations regarding complementary medicine.
1.4 Online consultations are carried out through platforms such as Zoom or other similar video conferencing applications. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have a stable internet connection.

2. Medical Disclaimer
The Practitioner is not a licensed medical doctor and does not provide medical diagnoses or emergency treatment.  Treatments and sessions do not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that you see a licensed doctor or licensed health care professional for any psychological or physical ailment you may have. 

3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Appointments can be booked via www.jojackson.me or by email at hello@jojackson.me. All clients are encouraged to use the booking system provided for efficient scheduling.
3.2 Payments must be made in full before or at the time of your scheduled session. Payments can be made via cash on the day, bank transfer or PayPal.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours or if the client fails to attend, 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.

3.4 After booking you will receive an email about your session with a form to fill in (if this is your first appointment), which you must read, sign and email back.

3.5 Homeopathic remedies are included in the cost of your appointment if homeopathy is used, however repeat prescriptions or replacement remedies that have been lost or damaged will be charged for.


4. Practitioner cancellation

If the practitioner is unable to attend a session due to illness or extenuating circumstances then we will give as much notice as possible of the cancellation and will offer a suitable replacement appointment as soon as possible.

5. International Clients
5.1 The Practitioner accepts international clients but may be limited by specific country regulations regarding the use of homeopathy. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that homeopathic treatment is legally permitted in their jurisdiction.

5.3 Remedies may be posted when necessary. Any customs or import restrictions are the client’s responsibility, and the Practitioner is not liable for delays or issues caused by customs in the client’s country.

6. Confidentiality
6.1 All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. The Practitioner adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding data protection and privacy.
6.2 Consultations via Zoom or similar platforms are conducted in a private setting; however, the Practitioner cannot guarantee the security of third-party video conferencing software. Clients are encouraged to use secure devices and internet connections.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Practitioner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of homeopathic remedies or any of her services.
7.2 Clients understand that the effectiveness of homeopathy, energy healing, sound bathing and Vega testing varies and results cannot be guaranteed. The Practitioner does not claim to cure any condition or illness.

8. Client Responsibilities
8.1 Clients must provide accurate medical and personal information during sessions to allow for the appropriate selection of healing modalities and homeopathic remedies if required.
8.2 Clients must adhere to instructions provided by the Practitioner regarding remedy usage if homeopathy is used for the session.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland]. 8.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the [United Kingdom], and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

10. The Practitioner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes via email or during a session.
